Partner Integrations

Use SMARTe enrichment inside partner platforms without building a direct API integration.

SMARTe Enrich APIs are integrated with selected partner platforms to enable no-code or low-code access to company and person enrichment. These integrations allow users to trigger SMARTe enrichment logic and consume structured results directly within partner workflows.

SMARTe enrichment integrates directly into ZoomInfo — equipping teams with verified mobile numbers, work emails, and full person and company intelligence, all governed under the customer's own SMARTe credentials.

Integration Model

  • Authentication: Customer-managed (Bring Your Own Key - BYOK)
  • Credential ownership: Customer
  • Credit tracking: Customer SMARTe account

Setup Overview

  1. Obtain a SMARTe API key from the SMARTe application or SMARTe Support
  2. In ZoomInfo, navigate to integration settings and select Connect
  3. Paste the SMARTe API key when prompted
  4. ZoomInfo securely stores the key and uses it for enrichment requests

Once connected, SMARTe enrichment can be invoked directly within ZoomInfo workflows.

Choosing an Integration Approach

Use Partner Integrations when

  • Enrichment is required within a partner platform
  • No-code or low-code configuration is preferred

Use Direct SMARTe APIs when

  • You require full control over scopes and output modes
  • You need real-time enrichment outside partner interfaces
  • You need custom schemas or integration logic
  • You are building platform-level or application-level integrations
